I don’t even know why I love them so much but once I know a book is about hockey I can’t keep my hands away from it, especially when hockey does take place and isn’t just a side topic. And it was a big bonus for me too, that this book was written by Teagan Hunter, because I love her writing. Mav and Dakota were everything.   Sadly, Wild Love is the last book of Rebecca Jenshak amazing Campus Nights hockey series but it was so, so good. I started reading it and couldn’t put it down, I was so addicted to Mav and Kota and their story and it was a really fast read. One second I was reading the first chapter and the next second I read the Epilogue. It was a masterpice from start to finish.   Dakota and Mav have been friends for two years and are now living together through Dakotas summer break.  Broken Playboy - Laura Lee ARC kindly provided in exchange for an honest opinion.   After reading the Windsor Academy books and Jazz and Kingston’s story, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this book. It was one of my most anticipated books this year and it didn’t disappointed me in the slightest. It was so good from start to finish.   I always thought Bentley was an interesting character and I was so happy that he got his own book, he definitely deserves it! But this book was a rollercoaster of emotions. It was heartbreaking and throughout the first half of the book I couldn’t decide if I wanted to punch Bentley or hug him and never let go. And Sydney was such a good match for him. I directly fell in love with her character and her best friend Cameron, those two were hilarious together!   Although this book is not your typical high school love story, it does show a lot of love not only through Bentley and Sydney but also through their group of friends...

 Forcing You Away - Kennedy Fox I received a copy of The Best of Us in exchange of an honest review.     Forcing You Away is the first book in Archer and Everleigh’s duet and the fifth book in the Lawton Ridge Duet Series. Althoug you can read each duet on its own, it is highly recommended to read all the books in the right order for the better readin experience. You will not regret this!   Let me tell you, I was so, so, SO excited for this book. I loved Everleigh the moment I met her and I couldn’t wait to start reading her story.  Love Language - Emma Hart  ARC kindly provided in exchange for an honest opinion.   Love Language is the first book in Emma Hart’s new series The Aristocrat Diaries and follows Gabriella and Miles.   Gabriella comes, unlike Miles, from high society and is being expected to marry someone in the near future from the same social status. But instead of following those „orders“, Gabriella is studying horticulture and does not like to think about marrying anyone any soon. Miles is the employee of Gabriellas father he couldn’t be any more different than Gabriella. Although he seems like he doesn’t like her very much in the beginning, they have one thing in common: their love for gardening, what makes him help her with her project.   I totally enjoyed reading this book.   Riot Act – Callie Hart   ARC kindly provided in exchange for an honest opinion.   Riot Act is the third book in the Crooked Sinners Series and follows Pax and Presley. I would recommend reading the other two books beforehand, although they are all standalones and can be read on its own.   Callie Hart did it once again. She had me completely wrapped around her finger with these books and I couldn’t put them down once. I was so excited to read about Pax and Presley’s story and it didn’t disapoint me once. It was so good from start to finish.   From the three Riot Boys, Pax was definitely my favorite one. We don’t know much about him from the previous books and I was so curious how he would turn out.   Pax and Presley are both really strong characters and Presley in particular had a very, very great character development. Thank you so much Grey’s promotions!   Jay’s Redemption is the third book in the Ares Falls Billionaires series and follows Jay and Charisma.   Jay and Charisma had a history together which ended in their teenage years that not only affected their lives but also their familys and since then they never spoke to each other again. But now, years later they are forced to kind of work together. Both Charisma and Jay are very strong characters and I really loved how successful Charisma was, that was really refreshing because I don’t read it often in books. I really loved the book and their story but their relationship development happened to fast for me, it felt like there was something missing and personally, I would have given them a little bit more time after all these years and after that backround story.
