I received a copy of The End of Us in exchange of an honest review.

 

This book was everything! Although I’m not really into age-gap romance books, Kennedy Fox is a must read for me and I couldn’t be happier about receiving an ARC. I loved the firsts books in the series, I loved this one and I can’t wait to read the next book.

 

The End of Us follows Kendall’s sister Piper and her bodyguard Tristan. Due to Piper being stalked, they are forced to flee from home and live in Tristan’s family beach house but Piper, being a social media star, is not happy about certain rules Tristan made.

 

This book was amazing. I was so curious how the story and the characters would develope and I absolutely loved it! At first I thought Piper was such a brat because she constantly complained about Tristan rules and didn’t seem so fond of him protecting her and keeping her safe which I found really annoying, but once Piper explained her feelings and they talked more, I began to like her. Tristan was also an amazing character and I totally enjoyed reading his parts.

 

The End of Us is a bodyguard, age-gap romance, and the third book in the Love in Isolation series.

It follows Marnie, who got left at the altar and ends up being a meme and Griffin, a bartender who becomes Marnies borrowed boyfriend. I absolutely adore the fake dating trope and the concept of the Fairy Godmother Agency was amazing. Marnie and Griffins chemistry was amazingly shown and I enjoyed their banter and friendship development so much. This was such a quick, funny and lightweighed story with a lot of sweet moments between those two characters and I can’t wait to read the other books.    Break Your Little Heart - Charleigh Rose I’m so happy that this book is FINALLY here, I waited a long time for this and it didn’t disappoint me in the slightest.    Holden and Valen had me at hello, I loved their relationship, their banter, their tension and especially all the emotions. Valen is the one in their relationship that doesn’t want a relationship and wants to keep things casual whereas Holden quickly realises that he wants her for himself. He really surprised me with his patience and gentleness and I loved to see his sweet side.   This book is by far my favourite one of Charleighs books. I loved both Holden and Valen individually and as a couple and their emotions were really well written. The plot had it ups and downs, it was very focused on the relationship with a little side plot but I totally enjoyed it.    I highly, highly recommend reading the first book in the series. It was so cute but also funny and I couldn’t stop swooning!
