When Elle Kennedy announced this book my very first thought was „I need it. I’m going to love it.“ and how right I was because I couldn’t put this down for one second. It was a masterpiece that I enjoyed from the first word to the last. And I couldn’t be more happier to receive an early copy.

Mac and Cooper couldn’t be more different. She comes from a wealthy family, has a boyfriend, is sweet and lovely, a typical good girl but also so very stubborn.  He is a flirty bad boy, does not come from a wealthy family, is hot tempered but also very charismatic and intelligent. Both togheter? Had perfect chemistry.

And one simple bet is the beginning of a wonderful friendship and love story. Mac and Cooper where amazing characters, I loved how he stood up for her, how understanding he was and they had so many cute scenes toghether I nealry started crying at some point.

I loved their story so much and I think this book was one of my favorites this year. I was captivated by the very first second and I was just so interested in their character and relationship development. I also loved the side characters and I hope that Elle turns this into a series and will write about the other character because I need a happy end for Evan! I simply need a book about Evan.
